The Partnership for Public Health would like to remind the community about WellnessLink.
PPH is one of New Hampshire’s 13 regional public health networks (https://nhphn.org/) and has partnered with UNH’s Center on Aging and Community Living and NH Department of Health and Human Services to deliver WellnessLink, a one-stop resource for COVID-19 related concerns for older people.
Older people in New Hampshire can protect their health by calling 866-452-1693. They will receive, at no-cost-to-them, easy to understand, accurate coordination and information for COVID-19 testing, vaccination and follow-up care.
