Interlakes Community Caregivers will host its 8th Annual Community Caregivers MiniGolf Tournament on Saturday, September 8th at an exciting new location this year:  Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf on Route 3 in Meredith. “As part of Community Caregivers’ 20th Anniversary Celebration, we’re excited to bring this annual event to Meredith,” stated Ann Sprague, Executive Director.  “We are reaching out to the community for sponsors or to form a team to play – it’s a fun afternoon for all ages!”

Sponsorships range from Gold at $1,250, Silver $500, Bronze $250, to Hole Sponsors at $125.  Put a team of six players together for $20 per player or $120. MiniGolf Tournament registration forms can be found on their website at www.InterlakesCommunityCaregivers.org under the “Ways to Give” tab or by calling the office at 253-9275.
Teams and Individuals compete for Lowest Score and Holes in One, and a new “Team Spirit” Award will be presented. Tournament Registration starts at 12 noon with a shot gun start at 1pm. 
At the end of play, while scores are tallied, ice cream sundaes are prepared for all sponsored by Ben & Jerry’s Meredith. Hot dogs will be available for sale to nourish the mini-golfers and their fans.

The Golf Ball Raffle will offer a chance to win a large flat screen television, generously donated by Darryl Brown of dbimagine.   Raffle tickets are $10 each and may be purchased now through a Community Caregivers Board member or at the office at 60 Whittier Highway, Unit 8B, Moultonborough. Raffle tickets will also be sold at the event, and the winner drawn during the Awards presentation. 

Interlakes Community Caregivers is a 501(c)3 nonprofit volunteer organization that provides transportation and other direct services to assist our neighbors in their daily lives.  Services include rides to medical and personal appointments, grocery shopping, friendly visits and more.  ICCI has 300 people registered in their service area of Meredith, Moultonborough, Center Harbor and Sandwich.  The organization does not charge for services and does not receive Federal or State Funding, but relies on donations, grants, and fundraising events such as this for their funding.
